- Entfernen Sie losen Schmutz von der Oberfläche des Produkts mit einer Bürste oder einem Staubsauger. Um Flecken zu vermeiden, sollten verschüttete Flüssigkeiten sofort entfernt werden. Tupfen Sie überschüssige Flüssigkeit ab. Tupfen Sie den Fleck vorsichtig mit einem sauberen, feuchten Tuch oder Schwamm ab, um den restlichen Fleck zu entfernen. Bei hartnäckigeren Flecken tragen Sie etwas Naturseife oder ein mildes Reinigungsmittel wie z. B. Dawn®, Formula 409® oder OxiClean® auf ein Tuch auf und tupfen Sie vorsichtig (vermeiden Sie starkes Reiben, um die Oberfläche nicht zu beschädigen). Chlorbleiche beeinträchtigt die Farbe der spinndüsengefärbten Acrylfaser nicht und ist daher zur Entfernung hartnäckiger Flecken geeignet. Wir empfehlen eine verdünnte Lösung aus einem Teil Bleiche und zwei Teilen Wasser. Spülen Sie das Produkt gründlich mit klarem Wasser aus und lassen Sie es an der Luft trocknen. Bei hartnäckigen Flecken empfehlen wir stets eine professionelle Trockenreinigung. Alle Lösungsmittel außer Trichlorethylen sind zulässig; verwenden Sie während der Reinigung niedrige Temperaturen, um die Fasern nicht zu beschädigen. Dünenleder:
- Eine professionelle Reinigung wird empfohlen. Staubwischen ist wichtig, damit das Leder nicht austrocknet und rissig wird. Bei Verschmutzungen den Fleck sofort mit einem trockenen, sauberen Tuch abtupfen. Reiben Sie das Leder nicht, um die Flüssigkeit nicht zu verteilen. Hartnäckige Flecken lassen sich mit drei Teilen Wasser und einem Teil milder Seife, z. B. Ivory oder Dawn Spülmittel, behandeln. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel. Kratzer lassen sich durch die Wärme Ihrer Hand glätten. Die natürlichen Wachse und Öle im Leder kaschieren den Kratzer.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
