- Materialbeschreibung: Wolle ist eine Naturfaser, die aus dem Fell von Schafen gewonnen wird. Wollteppiche sind strapazierfähig und gleichzeitig weich und luxuriös. Wolle ist von Natur aus schmutzabweisend, wodurch die Teppiche leicht zu reinigen sind. Ein gewisser Faserverlust ist normal, nimmt aber mit der Zeit ab.
- Materialbeschreibung: Jute ist eine nachhaltige, glänzende Pflanzenfaser, die strapazierfähig und langlebig ist. Juteteppiche eignen sich hervorragend für stark frequentierte Bereiche, sollten aber nur überdacht im Freien ausgelegt werden. Da sie handgewebt sind, sind leichte Abweichungen zwischen den einzelnen Designs möglich.

- Herstellungsbeschreibung: Ein handgewebter Teppich wird direkt auf einem Webstuhl geflochten oder gewebt, wodurch ein flacher Teppich entsteht. Handgewebte Teppiche sind strapazierfähig und langlebig. Da sie keine Rückseite haben, sind sie beidseitig verwendbar, was ihre Lebensdauer durch Wenden verlängert. Jeder Teppich wird von Kunsthandwerkern gefertigt, daher ist jeder ein Unikat.
- Aufgrund der organischen Beschaffenheit dieses Produkts ist mit natürlichen Farbabweichungen bei den ungefärbten Fasern sowie einem möglicherweise vorhandenen erdigen Geruch zu rechnen – dieser verfliegt jedoch schnell nach dem Auspacken.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
