- Cepilla o aspira cualquier suciedad suelta de la superficie del producto. Para evitar manchas, los derrames deben limpiarse inmediatamente. Absorbe cualquier exceso de líquido de la superficie. Con un paño limpio y húmedo o una esponja, da golpecitos suaves para eliminar la mancha restante. Para manchas más difíciles, aplica un jabón natural o un detergente suave como Dawn®, Formula 409® u OxiClean® al paño y da golpecitos suaves (evita frotar en exceso para no dañar la superficie). El blanqueador de cloro no afectará el color de la fibra acrílica teñida en solución y, por lo tanto, es aceptable para eliminar manchas difíciles. Sugerimos una solución diluida de una parte de blanqueador por dos partes de agua. Enjuaga bien con agua limpia y deja secar al aire. Siempre se recomienda la limpieza en seco profesional para manchas difíciles. Cualquier solvente excepto el tricloroetileno es aceptable; se debe usar calor bajo durante el procesamiento para evitar dañar las fibras. Cuero de duna:
- Se recomienda la limpieza profesional. Quite el polvo con frecuencia para evitar que el cuero se reseque y se agriete. Si se derrama algún líquido, seque la mancha inmediatamente con un paño limpio y seco para absorber la humedad. Evite frotar el cuero y extender el líquido. Para manchas más difíciles, mezcle tres partes de agua con una parte de jabón suave, como Ivory o Dawn. Evite usar productos de limpieza abrasivos. Para arañazos, use el calor de la mano para suavizarlos. Las ceras y aceites naturales del cuero cubrirán el arañazo.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
