Nacida de una tradición atemporal, nuestra alfombra Wilshire de lana tejida a mano presenta una confección de alta calidad con lana y yute, elaborada a mano para una durabilidad excepcional. Sus tonos azules y grises se combinan para crear profundidad y dimensión, mientras que su diseño antimanchas y antimicrobiano aporta mayor durabilidad a cualquier estancia.

- Las alfombras de mezcla de lana combinan lana con otros materiales sintéticos para ofrecer durabilidad y resistencia a un precio excelente. Son suaves y lujosas al tacto, además de fáciles de limpiar. Es normal que suelten algo de pelo, pero esto disminuirá con el tiempo.

- Una alfombra tejida a mano se elabora sobre un bastidor con una herramienta manual que inserta (o mechones) de hilo a través de una tela de lona. Estas alfombras tienen una base sólida y no son las más duraderas, ya que los mechones pueden aflojarse con el tiempo. Debido a que son elaboradas por artesanos, no hay dos alfombras tejidas a mano iguales.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
