Raccomandiamo inoltre di ravvivare e ruotare regolarmente i cuscini. Per proteggere il rivestimento dallo scolorimento, evitate di esporlo alla luce solare diretta. In caso di versamenti, tamponate immediatamente la zona con un panno asciutto e pulito. Consultate le istruzioni specifiche per la cura del tessuto prima di procedere alla pulizia localizzata e testate sempre il prodotto su una piccola area poco visibile. Per le macchie più ostinate, consigliamo di rivolgersi a un servizio di pulizia professionale.

We offer free shipping on orders over €60 to most countries.
Delivery time = Process time ( order preparation )+ Shipping time.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
