- Spazzolare o aspirare la polvere superficiale del prodotto. Per evitare macchie, rimuovere immediatamente eventuali liquidi versati. Tamponare il liquido in eccesso dalla superficie. Utilizzando un panno o una spugna puliti e umidi, tamponare delicatamente la macchia per rimuovere i residui. Per le macchie più ostinate, applicare un sapone naturale o un detergente delicato come Dawn®, Formula 409® o OxiClean® sul panno e tamponare delicatamente (evitare di strofinare eccessivamente per non danneggiare la superficie). La candeggina non altera la colorazione della fibra acrilica tinta in massa ed è quindi adatta per la rimozione di macchie ostinate. Si consiglia una soluzione diluita di una parte di candeggina e due parti di acqua. Risciacquare abbondantemente con acqua pulita e lasciare asciugare all'aria. Per le macchie difficili si consiglia sempre il lavaggio a secco professionale. Qualsiasi solvente tranne il tricloroetilene è accettabile; è necessario utilizzare basse temperature durante il trattamento per evitare di danneggiare le fibre. Dune Leather:
- Si consiglia la pulizia professionale. Spolverare frequentemente per evitare che la pelle si secchi e si screpoli. In caso di versamenti, tamponare immediatamente la macchia con un panno asciutto e pulito per assorbire l'umidità. Evitare di strofinare la pelle e di allargare il liquido. Per le macchie più ostinate, mescolare tre parti di acqua con una parte di sapone neutro, come il detersivo per piatti Ivory o Dawn. Evitare l'uso di detergenti abrasivi. Per i graffi, utilizzare il calore della mano per levigarli. Le cere e gli oli naturali presenti nella pelle naturale copriranno il graffio.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
