オーガスティン手織り屋内/屋外用ラグは、屋外での耐久性とエレガントな汎用性を念頭に置いてデザインされました。インドでリサイクル素材から手織りされたこのラグは、屋外の厳しい環境にも耐えながらも、コットンならではの柔らかさと美しさを保ちます。人通りの多い屋内はもちろん、玄関マットの下に敷いたり、パティオ家具の土台として使ったりと、屋外でもこのモダンなチェック柄ラグは空間を瞬時にアップデートします。
当社のラグは手作りのため、サイズや色合いに若干の個体差が生じる場合がございます。ラグの柄はサイズに合わせて調整されているため、掲載画像と異なる場合があります。

- 構造の説明：手織りラグは、織機で直接編み込んだり織ったりして作られ、平らで薄手のラグになります。手織りラグは丈夫で長持ちします。裏地がないため、平織りの手織りラグはリバーシブルで、回転させたり裏返したりすることで寿命を延ばすことができます。これらのラグは職人によって作られるため、同じものは二つとありません。

We offer free shipping on orders over €60 to most countries.
Delivery time = Process time ( order preparation )+ Shipping time.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
