温かみのある色調と手織りのディテールが特徴のサラゴサ・ハンドタフテッドウールラグは、既存のインテリアデザインに自然に溶け込みます。温かみのあるブラウンにライトブルーとクリームのアクセントが加わり、空間を圧倒することなく目を引くデザインです。女の子の部屋にフェミニンな雰囲気を添えたり、モダンな家具に柔らかな印象を与えたりするのに最適です。汎用性の高いモチーフで、空間に程よい彩りをプラスできます。
当社のラグは手作りのため、サイズや色合いに若干の個体差が生じる場合がございます。ラグの柄はサイズに合わせて調整されているため、掲載画像と異なる場合があります。

- 素材の説明：ウールは羊の保護毛から作られる天然繊維です。ウール製のラグは耐久性がありながら、足触りは柔らかく贅沢です。ウールは天然の防汚性を備えているため、お手入れも簡単です。多少の毛羽立ちはありますが、使い込むほどに減少していきます。

- 構造の説明：ハンドタフテッドラグは、フレームに手動の道具を使って糸をキャンバス生地に通して作られます。ハンドタフテッドラグはしっかりとした裏地が付いているため、時間の経過とともにタフトが緩むことがあるので、丁寧に扱う必要があります。職人の手作業で作られているため、同じハンドタフテッドラグは二つとありません。

We offer free shipping on orders over €60 to most countries.
Delivery time = Process time ( order preparation )+ Shipping time.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
