- Recomenda-se limpeza profissional. A maioria das manchas pode ser removida com um pano úmido. Manchas secas podem ser removidas com limpeza localizada. Sempre teste primeiro em uma área discreta. Usando uma pequena quantidade de sabão e água ou um produto de limpeza a seco comercial, comece pela parte externa da mancha e vá em direção ao centro. Depois de seco, escove na direção das fibras com uma escova de dentes ou escova macia similar para restaurar o volume e a direção das fibras. Repita o processo, se necessário. Marcas ou hematomas nas fibras após o uso são normais. A maioria das marcas desaparece sozinha com o tempo e a umidade natural. Hematomas que não desaparecem podem ser amenizados com vaporização mínima. Alguns hematomas ou marcas leves podem nunca desaparecer completamente. Linho listrado em tons de carvão e marfim:

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
