Elaborada con 100 % lana, esta alfombra complementa a la perfección tus muebles gracias a su estilo versátil, ideal tanto para hogares modernos como tradicionales.
Debido a que nuestras alfombras son hechas a mano, pueden presentar ligeras variaciones de tamaño y/o color. El diseño de la alfombra se ajusta a su tamaño y puede diferir de las imágenes mostradas.

- La lana es una fibra totalmente natural, elaborada a partir del pelaje protector de las ovejas. Es muy resistente y duradera; su textura le permite recuperarse rápidamente de las marcas causadas por pisadas o muebles. Las alfombras de lana resistirán el paso del tiempo sin mostrar signos de desgaste.
- Construcción/Técnica: Anudado a mano
- Anudado a mano: Utilizando un telar, un maestro tejedor anuda cuidadosamente el hilo alrededor de una o dos urdimbres (columnas de hilo). El extremo del nudo crea el pelo de la alfombra. Cuantos más nudos haya por pulgada cuadrada, más definido será el patrón y mayor la durabilidad.

We offer free shipping on orders over €60 to most countries.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
