Wilshire handgetuft wollen tapijt
Ons Wilshire Blue handgetufte wollen vloerkleed is ontstaan uit een tijdloze traditie en is gemaakt van hoogwaardige, handgetufte wol en jute, waardoor het jarenlang meegaat. De subtiele blauw- en grijstinten zorgen voor diepte en dimensie, terwijl het vlekbestendige en antibacteriële ontwerp extra duurzaamheid biedt in elke ruimte.
Omdat onze vloerkleden handgemaakt zijn, kunnen ze enigszins variëren in formaat en/of kleur. Het patroon van het vloerkleed is aangepast aan de afmetingen van het kleed en kan afwijken van de getoonde afbeeldingen.

- Kleur: Denim/blauwgroen als basis met beige/naturel en lichtroze accenten.
- Wol en jute
- Materiaalbeschrijving: Tapijten van wolmix combineren wol met andere synthetische materialen voor duurzaamheid en een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ze voelen zacht en luxueus aan onder de voeten en zijn gemakkelijk schoon te maken. Enige haaruitval is te verwachten, maar dit zal na verloop van tijd afnemen.
- Constructie: Handgetuft
- Constructie Een handgetuft tapijt wordt gemaakt op een frame met een handgereedschap dat garen door een canvasmateriaal lusvormig (of tuft) vastzet. Handgetufte tapijten hebben een stevige achterkant en moeten met zorg worden behandeld, omdat de lussen na verloop van tijd los kunnen raken. Omdat ze door ambachtslieden worden gemaakt, is geen enkel handgetuft tapijt hetzelfde.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If the product you received is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
